Technical specifications
Robust, smooth and watertight, Socea’s concrete pipes are engineered to meet the specific demands of jacking, microtunnelling and trenchless installation. We can make holes for bentonite injection to reduce friction and simplify installation as needed. Our intermediate jacking stations are able to handle large compressive forces when additional support is needed.
Our accessories – packers, rubber joints, plugs, and non-return valves – help keep your project on track at all times.
Production
The concrete jacking pipe production process depends on their diameter. Centrifugal casting delivers the quality and precision needed for pipes between 600mm and 1200mm. Vertical cast pouring is favored for larger diameters up to 3500mm.
